Cleanest place, big comfortable bed, charming with nice pool. Helpful and relaxed owners, gave helpful advice. Beautiful, modern and lovingly furnished room. Very new, modern outdoor kitchen. Proximity to beautiful, empty Playa Carrillo.

our stay at puerto carrillo couldn't have been better. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with a lovely patio and kitchen. the pool was perfect for the kids and the proximity to the beach and supermarket was convenient. the owners were helpful and gave great local recommendations.

Wifi in rooms didn't work.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel right at home. My room was larger than expected and very clean. The pool area was the perfect spot to relax after a day at the nearby beautiful Carillo beach. I loved that this hotel was close to a big supermarket, making it easy for me to grab any essentials I needed. The location was also great, as I was able to walk to nearby restaurants and explore the village.

The room was not properly cleaned, the air conditioner and fridge were not working properly, and the shower and faucet were not functioning well. The staff was inexperienced and unprofessional.

They were always willing to assist and shared great local knowledge. the breakfast was also a hit, offering a wide range of options to satisfy my morning cravings. the location was prime, close to restaurants and stores, and I could easily walk to the beach.

The location of this hotel cannot be beaten! It's just a short walk away from the beautiful Carillo beach and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do in the village nearby. the staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist with any questions or needs you may have. the room and bathroom were both very clean and spacious and the swimming pool and outdoor porch were lovely and relaxing areas to hang out in.

The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, which was a bit of a shock upon arrival. for travelers who book a deal, it's important to check if breakfast is included beforehand.

The hostess and staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind, and the location was great for exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.
